Stock Management System

SMS PROGRAMMESTOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A complete packaging management programme removing
a) the need to carry large stock levels of bulky packaging at your premises, and
b) the responsibility of maintaining sufficient packaging supplies to prevent any production stoppages.

KAN-BAN

  • Allpack set up acceptable minimum and maximum stock levels with the customer that will suit their usage requirements and comfortably be stored in the customers packing area
  • A stock level form/top-up order form will be produced by allpack
  • The first shipment of goods are delivered to the customer as Free Of Charge and are stored there for the customer to use
  • The customer will receive a visit by a member of the allpack team on a pre-arranged rota (monthly, fortnightly, weekly or daily) to check the minimum and maximum stock levels and a requisition will be raised for just enough goods to be delivered to bring the stocks back up to the pre-agreed maximum level (the customer can process this point should they prefer)
  • A delivery of these goods will follow the next day
  • After the regular visit of the allpack member an invoice will be produced for only the goods that have been used
  • The stocks held at the customer’s premises remain the property of Allpack until invoiced

CONSIGNMENT STOCK

  • Allpack set up acceptable minimum and maximum stock levels with the customer that will suit their usage requirements and comfortably be stored in the customers packing area
  • A stock level form/top-up order form will be produced by allpack
  • The customer will receive a visit by a member of the allpack team on a pre-arranged rota (monthly, fortnightly, weekly or daily) to check the minimum and maximum stock levels and order just enough goods to bring the stocks back up to the pre-agreed maximum level (the customer can process this point should they prefer)
  • A delivery of these goods will follow the next day
  • Any delivered goods will be invoiced after the delivery and belong to the customer upon cleared payment

SCHEDULE ORDERS

  • Particularly for bespoke products but can be used for stock items
  • Customer agrees the specification and places an order for an agreed quantity (usually no more than 3 months estimated stock)
  • The manufacture time is calculated and a exact delivery dates and volumes are pre-scheduled and allpack will deliver the correct quantity on the specified days (the final date will be no more than 3 months from the date of order)
  • when the final delivery has been made the allpack Customer Service Team will call the customer offering a repeat order to be set up and obtaining the new order number

CALL-OFF ORDERS

  • Particularly for bespoke products but can be used for stock items
  • Customer agrees the specification and places an order for an agreed quantity (usually no more than 3 months estimated stock)
  • The goods are manufactured and the first pre-agreed quantity is delivered asap
  • The  goods are held in stock for call-off by the customer for next day delivery (the customer can telephone or email allpack asking for the next delivery)
  • The customer can request a further delivery whenever they require it and may choose to use the goods a lot quicker than anticipated (if all of the goods have not been called in by 3 months after the date of the order, allpack will deliver the balance on or soon after that date)
  • When the final delivery has been made the allpack customer service team will call the customer offering a repeat order to be set up and obtaining the new order number
